However, we make no warranties or representations concerning the accuracy or completeness of content on the Site. We will assume no liability or responsibility for errors, inaccuracies, or mistakes in content, and the Site is not guaranteed to be all-encompassing in its content. Privacy Policy
We care about your privacy and security and recommend that you review our Private Policy. By using this Site, you are bound by our Private Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please be advised that Lot21’s Site and services are hosted from the United States. If you access the Site from any other region outside the United States, then through your use of the Site, you agree to have your data transferred to and proceeded in the United States. This applies even when local data privacy laws differ from that of the United States.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Lot21 harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from, or related to your use of the Site. In the case of a dispute, we prefer resolution via informal negotiation. You and Lot21 (the “Parties”) will agree to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. This period begins when one party is contacted by the other in writing via email to introduce a dispute.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be handled in the applicable courts within Queens County.
