It’s why design is uniquely positioned to play a central role in counteracting the velocity of climate change. And it’s never been more critical to scale up this effort in order to restore our climate.
We can do this –– by informing and empowering far more professionals and students from across the design disciplines to join forces and advance climate action, faster.
Yet few of us have the time to find and digest climate content. And what exists is often scientifically complex, full of jargon, and spread across countless sources. Even so, the need for design involvement and influence keeps growing.
As more countries, cities, and companies pledge to reach
net-zero emissions by 2050, they’ll require more help from the design community than ever before to fulfill their climate pledges and ESG goals.
