Andorra

Antigua & Barbuda

Antigua and Barbuda is a small island focused on socially minded adaptation and just transition, improved energy efficiency, and renewable energy growth. Goals include achieving net-zero by 2040, meeting 100% of electricity demand in essential services (water, health, food storage, and emergency services) through off-grid renewable sources by 2030, and improving the preparation of buildings for extreme weather events. Also by 2030, Antigua and Barbuda aims to protect all wetlands and watershed areas which are carbon sinks, have 86% renewable energy generation from local resources in the electricity sector, 100% all new vehicle sales electric, and 100% renewable energy generation for all government operations.
