This bill provides energy and water efficiency standards for products not federally regulated, from dishwashers to fluorescent lamps.

This bill states retail electricity providers must develop clean energy plans and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 100% below baseline emissions by 2040; 80% by 2030, and 90% by 2035.
